You're booked

Your free personalized credit audit is confirmed. Here's what to expect next — and what to watch your inbox for.

What we just sent you

  • A confirmation email with your appointment date and time. For Zoom consultations, it includes a meeting link once your Zoom session is created; for phone consultations, it includes call instructions.
  • A reminder email 24 hours before your audit.
  • A reminder SMS 2 hours before — only if you've separately consented to text messages.
  • Reschedule and cancel links in every email, so you stay in control.

Audit confirmation status: Your appointment is requested, but your free audit is confirmed once we receive your current three-bureau credit report through the secure portal link in your email. Watch your inbox — your upload link is on its way.

1

Check your inbox

Look for your confirmation email. If it hasn't arrived in a few minutes, check your spam folder.

2

Upload your report (required)

A current three-bureau report is required for your audit. Watch for a secure portal link by email — upload your PDF there to confirm your audit. No report yet? Pull it free at AnnualCreditReport.com or your own Credit Hero account.

3

Meet your specialist

Join by phone or Zoom at the scheduled time. We'll review your report together and talk through your options.

After your audit

Your iThrive specialist will manually mark your audit complete and review your next step with you. If you'd like ongoing guided support, you can choose a plan — Standard ($49/month) or Expedited ($149/month) — at your pace. No advance charges; billing begins only after your audit, signed contract, and disclosures.

Educational guidance only. No guaranteed score increase, deletion, or approval. Consumers can dispute inaccurate information themselves at no charge. Results vary.

We never ask for your SSN, date of birth, account numbers, or any passwords — including your bureau or Credit Hero logins. Your report upload happens only through a secure, authenticated portal with your separate consent — never by email or SMS.
