CROA Disclosures
The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) protects consumers. These are the disclosures we are required to give you.
Last updated:
Educational guidance only. No guaranteed score increase, deletion, or approval. Consumers can dispute inaccurate information themselves at no charge. Results vary.
What CROA is and why it matters
The Credit Repair Organizations Act is a federal law that regulates companies that offer credit repair services for a fee. It exists to protect you from misleading claims and unfair practices. iThrive Financial Solutions complies with CROA and provides these disclosures so you understand your rights before paying for anything.
No guarantee of results
No one can guarantee the removal or modification of any accurate information from your credit report, or guarantee any increase in your credit score. Any company that promises specific results — a certain score increase, deletion of accurate negative items, or loan approval — is not being honest with you. Your results depend on your individual circumstances and the accuracy of information reported by creditors and bureaus.
You can do this yourself, for free
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, at no cost, directly with the credit bureaus. You do not need to pay anyone to exercise this right. Our paid plans are for guided support and convenience only — they are optional. You can obtain your free credit reports from all three bureaus at AnnualCreditReport.com.
No advance fees for credit repair
We do not charge any fee for credit repair services before those services are fully performed. Under CROA, it is unlawful to charge for credit repair services before they are complete. Billing for our Standard ($49/month) or Expedited ($149/month) plans begins only after your free audit is complete and you have signed an agreement and received these disclosures. You will never be asked to pay in advance for services not yet performed.
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract with us without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days after you sign it. If you cancel within that period, you owe nothing. To cancel, notify us in writing within the three-day period using the contact information provided in your agreement. You may also cancel at any time after that period; future billing will stop, and you will not be charged for services not yet performed.
What our plans include
Standard Credit Repair ($49/month) includes normal internal review of your report, eligible dispute assistance, and monthly progress updates.
Expedited Credit Repair ($149/month) includes priority internal review, priority support, and more frequent progress updates.
Neither plan guarantees a credit score increase, the deletion of accurate items, or faster bureau investigations. Both are educational support services billed only after your audit, signed agreement, and disclosures.
What we will not do
- We will not advise you to make false statements about your credit report or identity.
- We will not advise you to create a new credit identity or file number.
- We will not dispute accurate negative information merely because it is negative.
- We will not claim identity theft without verified facts — such claims are flagged for secure human review and may be referred to IdentityTheft.gov.
- We will not fabricate account numbers, dates, creditor statements, or dispute letters. Any customized dispute correspondence requires a trained human reviewer's approval.
Required statement
Consumer Credit File Rights under State and Federal Law: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to a free copy of your credit report from each of the three national credit bureaus once every 12 months, and you can get it at AnnualCreditReport.com. You also have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself at no cost. The credit bureaus must investigate disputes within 30 days. You may also request a free copy of your credit report if you have been denied credit within the last 60 days.
Questions or complaints
If you believe we have violated CROA or any consumer protection law, you may file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and your state attorney general. We take compliance seriously — please also contact us directly so we can address your concern.
