iThrive Financial Solutions provides educational credit guidance only. We do not guarantee any increase in your credit score, the deletion of any item from your report, or approval for any loan or credit product. Accurate negative information generally remains on your report for the legally prescribed time period.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, at no charge, directly with the credit bureaus. Our paid plans are for guided support and convenience only — they are not required to exercise your rights.

Credit Hero is a separate third-party subscription service, not owned or operated by iThrive Financial Solutions. Its pricing (first 3 days free, then $29.99/month until canceled) and terms are set by that provider. iThrive may earn affiliate compensation when you sign up through our links. We encourage you to review Credit Hero's own terms before subscribing. We never ask for your Credit Hero username or password — that account stays in your control.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts to use our services. By using our site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Our paid credit repair plans are Standard ($49/month) and Expedited ($149/month). Standard includes normal internal review, eligible dispute assistance, and monthly progress updates. Expedited includes priority internal review, priority support, and more frequent progress updates.

We do not charge prohibited advance fees for credit repair services. Billing for any paid plan begins only after your free audit is complete and you have signed an agreement and received the required disclosures. You will not be charged in advance for services that have not been performed.

We do not guarantee credit score increases, account deletions, or faster credit bureau investigations. Results vary based on your individual circumstances and the accuracy of the information on your report.

You may cancel our services at any time. If you have signed a credit repair services agreement, you have the right to cancel within three business days of signing without any penalty or obligation. See our CROA Disclosures for full cancellation details.

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any law.
• Misrepresent your identity or the information you provide.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our site.
• Submit credit reports that do not belong to you without authorization.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and educational materials — is the property of iThrive Financial Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our educational guidance will achieve any particular result. Your credit outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the accuracy of information reported by creditors and the practices of the credit bureaus.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iThrive Financial Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us for services in the preceding twelve months.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
